CSC employer & university members partner on employer branding initiative

Susan Dearing of UCLA Anderson receives the Gallup Superior Partnership Award.

Gallup and UCLA partnered this fall to pilot the first ever Strengths-based Business Development workshop.  This workshop provided Anderson students an opportunity to learn more about their strengths while honing in on the necessary business development skills of influence and persuasion.  This FREE workshop was a partnership that has filled a niche in providing some key education to students while building Gallup’s brand on campus.  Thank you UCLA Anderson and Susan Dearing for piloting this event.  These workshops have become a key part of our branding strategy on the West Coast.
